If there’s an error when uploading transactions, it’s because the format is no longer correct.
First, it’s important to ensure you’re using our template. You can find it in a wallet that doesn’t support CSV import by clicking the “Template” button.
Additionally, if you open the CSV template with Microsoft Excel, Excel may reformat the file based on its own settings. For example, the separator might change from a semicolon to a comma. Or numbers might use a period instead of a comma. Or quotation marks might be added to the file.
To avoid Excel automatically reformatting the file, you can open it with any other editor instead.
