Migration of CoinTracking Data

Do you want to use CoinTracking with our data or vice versa?

Importing CoinTracking Data into chain.report
Importing CoinTracking data into chain.report is available. To do this, you need to generate an API key in CoinTracking and enter it along with the exact name of your wallet in chain.report.

Exporting chain.report Data

Data export will be available in a few weeks or months. It will be intended for the trader packages because we want to incentivize users to use our platform for the entire report and not just as a bridge.

However:
Our recommendation is to enter all wallets from scratch via API in chain.report (if connected) so that the wallets are automatically synced in the future. This also ensures that all transactions are evaluated according to chain.report's tax perspective. This evaluation might differ from CoinTracking's before export.

All historical data should also be entered into chain.report to ensure that all acquisitions are fully known, can be verified, and no higher tax burden arises (see also here).

The big advantage:
You can manage all wallets and transactions in chain.report for free. A purchase is only required for the tax years for which you need a report. The number of transactions from previous years does not affect the price for the respective tax year. The price is solely based on the number of transactions in the respective tax year itself - this is exclusive to chain.report.

chain.report positions itself as the most affordable provider on the market, so that for up to 5,000 transactions per tax year (and not per account), only €59 is due.
