The times shown and recorded differ. When data is read from an API or CSV, it is read in UTC time format. For example, this is 2 hours ahead of German time in the summer.
However, the display time on chain.report is always in your local time zone.
Example:
In the summer, you read a CSV with a transaction from 11/11/2021 11:11. The transaction display on chain.report will then be shown in the local time zone. So that would be 11/11/2021 at 13:11.
Also note: The display of prices on the CoinmarketCap / CoinGecko website is again in your local time zone. So please do not use the times from the CSV for comparison here.
