The following message is displayed when you've exceeded a capacity limit:
Too many transactions: Your chain.report has been limited due to too many price queries, and all calculations have been paused. This restriction primarily affects free accounts. If you have purchased a tax package, please contact chain.report support.
Due to the number of transactions you've entered, price queries on CoinMarketCap are required in chain.report. The number of these price queries is limited for free (non-paid) accounts. This helps prevent attacks on our system and also minimizes significant costs.
The capacity restriction has the following effects
All price queries in your account have been disabled. As a result, balances, statistics, and tax results are no longer displayed. You can still add more wallets and synchronize APIs, but you won't be able to see balances and analyses in this state.
Account Upgrade
The capacity restriction will be lifted once you purchase a tax package. If a restriction still occurs, please contact our support team via the integrated chat.
